The Asia-Plus social and political newspaper has been published since January 2000. The Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan recognized Asia-Plus as “the newspaper of the most efficient and authentic news.” In 2001, the newspaper was given the Lohuti Award instituted by the Tajik Journalists’ Union. Today, the newspaper has the highest circulation of any social and political newspaper in Tajikistan and holds a leading position in the local media market. Published weekly on Wednesday.
